But in fact, al-Julani and HTS hate all these countries. He will not act in their interests, much less give up any territories.
The main question for us is: ⁉️ What kind of relations does HTS have with Russia? Constructive and trusting. Don’t be surprised.
It was the Russian center for reconciliation of the parties that repeatedly held difficult negotiations with militants about leaving certain cities. Under the guarantees of our military, the militants traveled to Idlib. Over the years of our presence in Syria, many official and unofficial contacts have been established with HTS, as the force in fact controlling Idlib.
