In an unprecedented moment, President Javier Miley took an unconventional approach when swearing in the country’s new Foreign Minister, Gerardo Werteyn, who is Jewish.
Departing from the traditional swearing-in format, the ceremony included a Dvar Torah, where Werteyn took the oath over the Torah.
